Convenient location, close to the waterfront and city center. Free room upgrade and good value. Nearby Wednesday market and daily food market offer fresh local produce. Spring-like weather year-round. Enjoyable harbor views from café.

On a busy roundabout so a little noisy from early in the morning

Staff were welcoming and helpful.The room and bathroom were clean and there was always plenty of hot water.The hotel was quiet although there were few other guests staying while we were there.Parking was a big plus.

Excellent location with beautiful gardens for breakfast. Good on-site parking facilities. Breakfast provided was satisfactory for the price. Friendly staff and a short walk to the marina and town. Market nearby.

The location is perfect for walking 2 blocks into town, and they have free parking. Also, when the open air market is up, it's conveniently right in front of the hotel!

I would love it if it were slightly cheaper. It's nice and clean, but also in a smallish town. I was surprised by the price, but we were showing up last minute so our options and time to search were limited.

A Hidden Gem in Sanary-sur-Mer

During our recent stay at this charming hotel, we were initially worried due to mixed reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and most of the amenities worked well. The location was absolutely superb, with easy access to the promenade, shops, and the beautiful little harbor. We enjoyed relaxing on the nearby beaches, just a short walk away.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the warm atmosphere. Although some mentioned faded elegance, we found it to be part of the hotel's charm.

The room was clean and comfortable. Sanary sur Mer is a lovely place and the Hotel is very central and with easy parking on site it was ideal for our two night stay. We didn't have breakfast in ther Hotel as there are numerous cafes nearby offering 'la petite dejeuner'.

location was the only plus here

breakfast not good value for money, rather poor. parking limited shared with restaurant & restricted with seating in the garden etc needs a "facelift" corridors very dark & difficult to see if eyesight not good

The room I stayed in was really cozy and comfortable. It had a nice tile/marble floor and the air conditioning worked great. I felt at home as a vegetarian and vegan, knowing that I had a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing evenings.

Personally, the only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the mini-bar in the room. But hey, that's just my preference as a vegetarian and vegan.

Very run down, not so "Grand" Hotel, would not recommend this place.

A satisfactory hotel.

The restaurant in the hotel is a different company and although good is very expensive The free drink offered was a sprat to catch a mackerel.

The room at Adonis Sanary Grand Hotel Des Bains was great! It had a private bathroom with a bath or shower, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The air conditioning made the room cool and comfortable during the hot summer days. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition for some evening entertainment. The tile/marble floor gave a classy touch to the room. As a vegetarian/vegan, I appreciated the fact that there was a minibar in the room, allowing me to store my plant-based snacks and drinks.

The only downside for me was that there was no mention of vegetarian or vegan food options in the database. However, I understand that not everyone has the same dietary preferences, so others might still find enjoyment in the available food options.

We particularly liked the hotel gardens. Also the hotel was not too noisy.

It would have been a good idea for the hotel to have paid more attention to detail, i.e. hairdryers working, sink plugs unbroken. The lift was switched off from 10 pm to 8 am. This made it difficult for people with poor mobility and when leaving early with heavy luggage.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant is really top.

A little bit old fashion, needs to be refurbished, quite noisy ( traffic).
